Rahul Yadav (FitnessAnytime.club)
Delhi based Personal Trainer and Blogger, Rahul, set up his blog Fitness Anytime Club to share posts on fitness, lifestyle and healthy food recipes. Alongside this, He also contributes nutrition articles to publications such as Fitness and Health, and has produced two eBooks. He since gone onto write and publish a book, Strong, which contains 80 different exercises and 40 recipes to achieve a healthy and balanced diet which is available to buy on the 29th December.
Happy Healthy Nat
Leading blogger, Happy Healthy Nat, is run by fitness journalist and blogger Natalie. Her blog is all about keeping it real; celebrating your body for everything it is and everything it can do, while challenging it to push limits and to become even better to be fit, strong, happy and healthy.
Natalie says “Every recipe on my blog is gluten-free because I’m gluten intolerant, and I specialise in healthy treats so most of my recipes are either desserts or tasty snacks. I strongly believe that mental health is equally as important as physical health, and love spreading this message while sharing all of my fitness and nutrition knowledge with my followers”.
Trainer to the stars, David Kingsbury, shares a range of motivational fitness blog posts. He opened his own fitness studio at Pinewood Film Studio and has worked with some of Hollywood’s hottest stars including Michael Fassbender, Ryan Reynolds and Jessica Chastain. With a love for all things fitness, he qualified in training at the age of 18 and believes anyone can achieve their fitness goals through ‘their determination to achieve results, no matter who you are”.
Paul Stainthorpe set up Father Fitness to share his personal fitness journey after becoming a father for the first time, and his plans of getting back into a fitness routine. Passionate about all sports, Paul takes to his blog to share blogs to help others stay motivated and focused, covering topics from exercise and kids, nutrition and charity sports events. He also writes for other fitness blogs, including Shout Fitness and Loxley Sports.

Manchester based fitness blog, That Squat Bot, was created by fitness marketer Sarah. Here, she shares her journey of fitness, health and happiness to her readers.
